We publish ours, so here's what slabs actually cost right now — real prices from our live catalog, not ranges pulled from a national cost blog.
Real slab prices, today
- Silestone quartz (Cosentino): entry colors like Lagoon and Miami White run about $1,943 per 3 cm jumbo slab (128"×62", ≈55 sq ft — about $35/sq ft). Mid-tier colors like White Zeus are about $3,396, and the flagship Eternal Calacatta Gold is about $4,035 in 3 cm.
- Dekton ultracompact: entry colors from about $1,549 per slab; popular veined colors like Entzo and Laurent land in the $2,100–$2,600 range depending on thickness and slab size.
- Natural stone (Sensa granite & quartzite): published per-square-foot pricing from roughly $9/sq ft for workhorse granites to $50+/sq ft for Taj Mahal-class quartzite — natural slabs vary in size, so these price by the actual slab.
Why "call for pricing" costs you money
When a price lives only on a phone call, it can be different for every caller. Published pricing keeps everyone honest — including us. Our listed numbers are MSRP; when you request a quote we come back below MSRP, and if you find the identical slab advertised for less anywhere in the Bay Area, we match it.
What actually moves the price
- Thickness: 2 cm vs 3 cm is typically a 25–35% jump on the same color.
- Slab size: jumbo slabs cost more per slab but often less per square foot — and fewer seams.
- Color group: manufacturers price in groups; a "group 1" white and a marble-look flagship can differ 2× on the same line.
- Finish: suede/textured finishes usually carry about a 10% premium over polished.
Budgeting a typical kitchen
A typical Bay Area kitchen needs 55–75 sq ft of countertop — one jumbo slab, sometimes two for big islands or full-height backsplash. On our published prices, that's roughly $1,950–$4,000 in material for Silestone before fabrication. Fabrication and install (a separate trade) typically adds $45–$75/sq ft locally.
